Spiritual Practices: Lectio Divina, Imaginary Meditation, Thematic Meditation, Self Examen, Living from the Heart

SmallGroup Practices: Holy Listening and Holy Response, Interactive Examen Sharing, Walking with Spiritual Friends

Personal Spiritual Caring: Minimum 1 session, to be led by the Spiritual Direction Graduates, 2nd year of CCSD students and Spiritual Directors approved by MISFM.

Based on the foundational principles and practices of spiritual formation.
Expects that students, from both academic and practicalperspectives, will have a deep reflection, integration, and application intheir personal spiritual life and growth based on evangelical beliefs.
Analyzes and reflects on mainstream spiritual traditions in church history from a biblical and theological perspective.

Details

Each Class: 6 lessons（Including 6 2.5-hour Class time and small group meeting. In addition, student is required to watch ~6 hours of teaching videos and attend 1 Spiritual Caring session.

Small group time will be grouped into "Cantonese", "Mandarin" and "Pastoral" (For pastoral coworkers and missionaries, mainly in Cantonese)：
